01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "myr88c", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the myr88c platform accessible at myr88c.app, duly licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the myr88c website, mobile site, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon successful completion of myr88c's registration and verification process.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within your myr88c Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit granted to your Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a casino game, live dealer game, slot, jackpot, bingo, or sportsbook market through the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or using the myr88c Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the myr88c Platform is restricted to individuals who:

1. Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction of residence;
3. Are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity;
4. Are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of myr88c or any affiliated entity;
5. Have not been previously excluded from the Platform by myr88c or via a self-exclusion mechanism.

myr88c conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international gaming authority requirements. You may be required to provide a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued documentation. myr88c reserves the right to suspend Account access and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

04 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on myr88c. The maintenance of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, myr88c reserves the right to close all but one Account, void any bonuses credited across duplicate Accounts, and in cases of deliberate deception, close all associated Accounts entirely.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify myr88c of any changes to your registration information by updating your Account profile or contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify myr88c immediately at the support contact provided on the Platform.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

myr88c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment channels listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available channels and applicable limits are subject to change at myr88c's discretion.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same Account, or to a method verified under your KYC profile.
• myr88c will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on the destination bank account or e-wallet must match the name on your myr88c Account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to myr88c's anti-money laundering procedures. myr88c reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Processing times are indicative. While myr88c targets withdrawal completion within 15 minutes for verified members, processing times may vary based on payment channel, bank processing schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to satisfying wagering requirements may result in the Bonus Funds being voided.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

myr88c offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all myr88c promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Funds.
3. myr88c reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, alter its terms, or determine that a Player has obtained promotional benefits in bad faith. In such cases, myr88c may void the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
4. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

07 Betting Rules

All Wagers on myr88c are subject to the applicable game rules and, for sportsbook markets, the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. Key general betting conditions include:

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed Wager is not permitted except where expressly provided for in game-specific rules (e.g., match abandonment provisions in the sportsbook).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a Wager.
• myr88c reserves the right to void any Wager placed on erroneous odds or prices resulting from a technical error, manifest error, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and any stakes deducted will be refunded to the Wallet.
• myr88c reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single Wager or combination of Wagers.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myr88c Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Collusion: Co-ordinating play with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live dealer titles.
2. Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
3. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including the use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
4. Arbitrage Betting: Placing Wagers designed primarily to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner that eliminates risk rather than engaging in genuine speculative play.
5. Money Laundering: Using the myr88c Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. myr88c reports suspicious transactions in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
6. Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or otherwise deceiving myr88c during registration or KYC verification.

09 Responsible Gaming

myr88c is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Receive notifications at defined intervals reminding you of your session duration and net result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

myr88c will not send promotional marketing to Players who have activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Players seeking external support are encouraged to contact professional responsible gaming organisations in Malaysia.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the myr88c Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual material — is the property of myr88c or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without myr88c's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr88c's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

myr88c shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond myr88c's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations subsequently corrected under Clause 7;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions taken by myr88c in good faith compliance with its regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.

12 Privacy & Data

myr88c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is available at myr88c.app/privacy-policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

myr88c reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated upon any amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority licence under which myr88c operates.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact myr88c's support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
